Megan Hill Mitchum
Megan joined the Signature Real Estate team in April of 2005 and since then has been actively leading buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals in central Iowa. She is a member of the Buffini and Company network and is proud to be aligned with such a powerful network of people, all working by referral. Megan’s passion for real estate along with her commitment to her clients does not fall short, as she is part of the DMAAR Circle of Excellence (top 5% of Realtors® in DSM)!
In a competitive real estate market like today, Megan believes it’s important to find a Realtor® who’s taken professional training to the next level. She takes pride in the education and training she has acquired and truly believes it benefits her clients during the buying and selling process. Being CRS certified signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that out of more than 1 million Realtors®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists, making her one of the top in the nation. Her GRI designation represents in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. The NAR’s Green Designation helped raise her awareness of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. Megan is also involved at the state level with IAR and enjoys being part of the DMAAR committee.
When Megan’s not working the ins and outs of real estate and spending QT with her husband and son, she enjoys sweatin’ it out at the gym, traveling, cooking, and has a love for music and wine like no other. Megan often makes reference to her chihuahua, Roxy (team mascot); she’s been her companion from the beginning of this real estate journey.
Nichole joined Megan Hill Mitchum in February 2015 and since then has been actively helping lead buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals in central Iowa. She is proud to be aligned with such an innovative REALTOR® like Megan. Prior to the RE world, Nichole’s background was in Family Services where she held various positions assisting at-risk youth and adults with disabilities. Her passion for helping others carries over to her newest position collaborating with Megan at Century 21. They make a great team and are fully committed to their clients to ensure they receive the best buying and selling experience possible. Nichole says, ‘the best compliment to receive is having our clients refer us to their family and friends. Aside from real estate, Nichole works at her son’s daycare every morning. She loves kids and likes the extra involvement in her son’s day. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, selling Rodan + Fields and has a love for chocolate and margaritas like no other.
